How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Faster shipping can be arranged for additional fees. Please contact us at customerservice@headbandsandhardware.com for additional details.
Are the colors displayed on the site accurate?
Color displays vary from computer to computer. While Headbands and Hardware strives to present the most accurate color representation possible, we cannot make guarantees beyond a reasonable degree.
Do you charge sales tax?
Our shipping facility is located in Nevada, United States. Orders shipped in state are required by law to pay local sales tax. Orders shipping outside of the state are not charged sales tax on the order total and shipping fees.
Can your products be sent as gifts?
Headbands and Hardware provides a gift message and gift receipt if you specify that the order is a gift.
Is gift wrap available?
Our products make great gifts, and wrapping is available. Simply select “Yes” to the Gift Wrap option when choosing a product and our complementary wrap service will help make your gift buying even easier!
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Discover, Amex, and Mastercard. Please call us for special arrangements, such as PayPal and other electronic transfers.
How will I know my order was placed?
Our order system will email a notification when your order has been received.
Shipping and Handling
Your order is important to us. All orders are given prompt attention no matter what size. All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay, you will receive an e-mail notification. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or weekends begin processing on Monday.

Headbands and Hardware is committed to delivering high quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at Returns@HeadbandsandHardware.com for a RMA # within 30 days from the date on your invoice. Sale items are not returnable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning the entire order, a $3.00 restocking fee applies. This fee is waived in the unlikely event of defective product.
